Overview

As a subsidiary of Far East Horizon (03360.HK), Horizon Construction Development Limited ("CDHORIZON") is a leading equipment rental company in China, committed to providing one-stop comprehensive solutions of "product + service" for our clients in the construction and industrial sectors. Established in 2011, ranking the 14th in the IRN 100, CDHORIZON has built up an integrated network of 563 rental locations cumulatively serving over 270,000 clients in China and overseas.

In 2023, CDHORIZON was listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (SEHK), with the stock code 09930.HK. The company makes continuous investment in R&D and innovation. Moreover, it has reached strategic cooperation with a number of leading domestic and international equipment manufacturers, well-known universities and scientific research institutes, possessing hundreds of patents of invention and software copyrights, and two of its subsidiaries have been awarded "National High-tech Enterprises".

CDHORIZON is headquartered in Tianjin, with four major operating bases located in Jinshan (Shanghai), Jiading (Shanghai), Wuqing (Tianjin), and Nansha (Guangzhou) respectively. By the end of September 2024, CDHORIZON's global network consists of 563 service locations covering nearly 200 cities. AERIAL WORK PLATFORM, NEO-SCAFFOLDING SYSTEM and NEO-SHORING SYSTEM are the main product lines of the company, which are effectively coordinated and connected to provide efficient equipment supply chain solutions for clients and build a comprehensive operation and service system focusing on the whole life cycle management of equipment, across all stages of construction projects. This enhances safety, improves efficiency, reduces costs, and contributes to the creation of green, high-quality projects.

Establishment of Shanghai Horizon Equipment

Shanghai Horizon Equipment & Engineering Co., Ltd.(Horizon Equipment) was established and signed the first customer contracts of shoring system and road equipment rental respectively, embarking on the journey of equipment rental.

Strategic Merger into CDHORIZON

Horizon Equipment and Hongjin Equipment strategically merged into CDHORIZON with diversified product lines including aerial work platforms, neo-shoring system and neo-scaffolding system, entering into a new phase of integrated equipment operation services.
